At all MOGWA events you are liable at all times for the consequences resulting from your actions. As with all events involving cars accidents can and do happen.

By signing up as a MOGWA member and completing the registration form you acknowledge and agree as a condition of membership that participation in events organised and/or attended by MOGWA is at your own risk of personal injury or property damage to yourself and/or others. In the event of an accident whether your fault or not, MOGWA nor the event organisers, board members and other persons having any connection with the promoting, organising, or conducting of the event have no liability to you. MOGWA is also in no part or form required to partake in conflict resolution in the event of damages.

In all MOGWA events we encourage participants to obey the road rules and the law. Individuals that fail to do so will be excluded from the event and if required banned from the club.

The road rules and laws are there for a reason - obey them...

You are warned that motorsport is dangerous and accidents causing death, bodily injury and property damage can and do happen.

By signing up as a MOGWA member and completing the registration form you acknowledge and agree as a condition of membership that participation whether as a competitor or spectator of the motorsport events participated and run by MOGWA has a degree of danger and that neither Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd. nor Mitsubishi Owners Group (MOGWA), nor the board members, promoter, clubs, corporation, organistations, and persons having any connection with the promoting, organising, or conducting of the event shall have any liability to you except in regard to any rights you may have arising under the Trade Practices Act 1974.
